If you want a classic, premium looking golf bag mixed with modern technology, then the OGIO Shadow golf bags definitely ticks the boxes.

OGIO have been a standout when it comes to their golf bags. With their All Elements range offering cart bags and stand bags in a number of great colours and patterns, the new OGIO Shadow is OGIO’s first ever premium synthetic golf bag.

The Looks

The Shadow bags take their inspiration from the aerodynamic lines and meticulously crafted details of a luxury sports car.

It’s classic in appearance with its four colour options, there are no bright colours or patterns like what we’ve seen with OGIO previously, but what we have is that classic traditional look with a premium finish.

The Tech

OGIO’S Shadow bags have a look that will never go out of style. The bag includes a perforated hip pad for maximum carrying comfort and a magnetic pocket for accessories.

The Shadow bags are exclusively crafted with premium synthetic leather materials to ensure maximum durability which OGIO say could be the last bag a golfer will ever need to buy. Carbon fiber stand legs contribute to it’s overall durability with a 4-Way multi-material top with full length dividers for your clubs. The Premium stitch handle, hardware and zipper pulls add to that classic look and with a total of nine pockets, you have space for all the essentials. And the premium padded strap featuring EVA and Fit Disk technology adds extra comfort.

“The OGIO SHADOW has been a real passion project for us and something we’re very excited about adding to our portfolio,” said Michael Birch, sales and marketing manager at OGIO.

“Creating something that is so aesthetically unique – without compromising the high standards of quality, performance and longevity that we hold all of our bag to – has been an incredibly rewarding challenge and feels like the next step in our evolution as a manufacturer.”

The Verdict

If you’re in the market for a bag that’s built to last and has a classic look and premium quality, then the OGIO Shadow bag is for you. With four colours to choose from – classic ‘White’, silver-coloured ‘Moon’, rich blue ‘Earth’ and sleek black ‘Midnight’ – there are some great colour choices. We can’t wait to take this out on the course and give it a more in depth review. Stay tuned.
