Drycool isn’t just the name of the range, but it’s the technology that makes this perform so well. Here is what Abacus say makes this perform so well.
The fabric is treated in such a way that encourages the movement of water from the inside to the outside of the garment where it can evaporate away, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable when the temperature rises out on the golf course.
All of the men’s and women’s ranges of polo shirts feature Drycool technology and when combined with stretch each garment provides complete freedom of movement in all phases of the golf swing without compromising on keeping the golfer cool and dry in the highest of temperatures. In the men’s range key products include the Wickham Drycool polo with its palm tree printed pattern in two colours and the Marco Drycool polo shirt featuring its bold stylish contrasting-coloured stripes across the chest. From the women’s collections the Simone cupsleeve and sleeveless shirts have the addition of a breathable mesh back which serves to enhance the effect of the Drycool keeping the player cool and fresh.
Men’s and women’s Kildare shorts are made of a thin, woven polyester/spandex material with 4-way stretch and Drycool to offer the highest levels of comfort on and off the course. A classic short suitable for every day wear they have two pockets at the front and two pockets at the back and should be part of any serious golfers’ summer kit. The women’s shorts also come in a relaxed/wider fit.
Those ladies that prefer skorts can chose between the Juliet and the Kildare skorts. Both are available in 45cm and 50cm lengths, contain 4-way stretch with Drycool, and have breathable and wicking properties. With one pocket at the front and two at the back, Juliet skorts have an elasticated waist band and can be matched with either floral or palm tree patterned tops to make a complete outfit. Kildare skorts offer beltloops at the waist and come with a separate striped belt, folded pleats at front, zipper at the left side, one front pocket and two pockets at the back
If you’re wanting to stay cool under pressure this summer on the course you need to check out the Abacus Drycool range.
The Drycool technology will wick away any sweat or moisture making you comfortable all the way round. With different options and colours it is easy to make up several outfits that can be added to your wardrobe.
